The work consisted of construction improvements to the 南east 水 Reclamation Plant that included the following: replacement of an existing headworks odor control system with a new biotrickling filter system; emptying and cleaning two existing 90-foot-diameter tanks; removal and replacement of existing floating covers; improvements to the existing digested sludge pump station, 包括新的离心进料泵, new sludge recirculation/transfer pumps and associated piping; and improvements to the existing solids handling building, 包括用转鼓式增稠机代替重力带式增稠机, 用脱水离心机取代现有带式压滤机, 用新型乳化聚合物饲料替代干性聚合物饲料.
